Warner Bros. Discovery Careers Redesign

Warner Bros. Discovery partnered with our team to redesign its careers experience, with an initial focus on three core page types: Locations, Teams, and Brands. What began as a templated redesign quickly evolved into a broader rethinking of how People and Culture content should be introduced, connected, and experienced across the site.

Early UX exploration revealed that standalone templates were not enough. Users needed clear entry points and narrative context to understand how locations, teams, and brands related to one another, while internal stakeholders needed flexibility to represent a dynamic, global culture across recruitment, brand, and employee initiatives.

The challenge was to balance storytelling, scale, and structure within the constraints of an existing platform.

The Challenge

Discovery and UX Design

Our design team defined page structure, user flow, content hierarchy, and connection points between landing pages and templates. We introduced custom landing pages to frame the experience and guide users into deeper content.

New modular components were also created to support internal employee initiatives, multimedia content, and storytelling moments that better reflected the energy and diversity of WBD’s culture.
